With the help of latest equipment available and scientific staff trained abroad and having wide experience in applied research, the division is presently serving pulp & paper mills, pulp suppliers, instrument manufacturers, Central & State Government Organisations, Banks, Universities and other educational institutions, Newsprint houses of India and neighbouring countries like Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh.
