M.Sc Programme in "Cellulose & Paper Technology"


Pulp & Paper Industry offers career opportunities at different level. During various forums and platforms it has been pointed out that the Indian Pulp & Paper Industry lacks technically trained manpower, especially to look after the operation and maintenance of the modern mills.

In order to cater the HRD need of the Industry, CPPRI, Saharanpur and ICFRE , Dehradun have jointly started a two years M.Sc. programme in ”Cellulose & Paper Technology” with the strength of 20 candidates. The programme has commenced from 1st August 2011. The first year of the course will be conducted at ICFRE, Dehradun and subsequently the second year including practical training will be conducted at CPPRI, Saharanpur. After successful completion of the course the degree will be awarded by Forest Research Institute (Deemed University), Dehradun.
