Human
Resource Development (HRD)Interaction
Meets & Training ProgrammeIn order to meet the new
challenges in the era of globalization and economic reforms continuing
updating of scientific knowledge is one of concern, which requires immediate
attention. CPPRI has been making concerted efforts to disseminate the
scientific knowledge to the technical personnel of paper industry by
organizing interaction meets, training programs and disseminating
information through news bulletins and providing current awareness services
to the Paper and Allied Industries. These activities will help technical
mill personnel in updating the scientific knowledge and understanding the
new horizons of technological development in paper science. These programs
would expose them to the best management practices and guide them in
choosing the environment friendly technologies. With a better understanding
of various unit processes and technological developments, the mill personnel
can set benchmarks for the various unit processes in their mills. It will
equip the technical manpower of the industry to meet the new challenges
